Persistence and Passion — A Powerful Combination

In: Persistence

7 Oct 2009

I came across this video this morning and I immediately fell in love with it. There is no better example of the marvelous feats one can perform after years of dedication and persistence are applied. We all have the power to make such amazing changes in our own lives. These changes do not come over night. They come from hours, days, weeks, months, and sometimes years worth of practicing, failing, trying new methods, overcoming obstacles, and breaking through internal barriers.

As Soichiro Honda once said: “Success is 99% failure.” The same goes for the guy below. I’m sure for every successful move he learned, he fell dozens of times, if not more.
